Looks like a done deal to me:
My experience with such projects is that everyone is in it for the money, and disappears after the finish line is reached. Not sure about this one - if it’s any better than that.
I had that same impression: some impetus due to European money having been allocated, but after some meetings (see the photos on the site) the activities quickly dry up. It’s quite probable that that’s exactly what happened, but on the off-chance it didn’t, I would be interested in outcomes, etc.
