Hi Everyone,
I’m Paul Spencer - originally from the UK, but thanks to Brexit, now Irish, living in the Netherlands.
I am both a student and a full-time software engineer.
I was introduced to language engineering through Rascal when doing my compilers and software evolution courses, and ANTLR (and thus Federicos Blog posts) for my software construction course whilst studying for my masters.
I am currently doing my Master’s Project, which coincides with half of my day job, which is in MPS.
As a side project, Herman Peeren and I are attempting to implement the Hedy teaching Language(s) in MPS. We have just started, and there is a long way to go, but it is a great way to learn.
That’s me, (at least with regards to language engineering).
