As far as I know, no. You could in your editor use the “read only access” cells, that permits to calculate logic to calculate some string to display and that logic could look into some user configuration and show localized strings, however there is no mechanism to localize the aliases, which is a problem.
So, no MPS has not support for localization. If you know what you are doing you can get most stuff done through tricks but you have the alias problem and there is not known solution for that.
